Stunning two storey side extension
Our client in Rayleigh wanted to transform their house with a double storey side extension.
Our team began the job by demolishing the customers previous single storey side extension. We then completed all the groundwork and blockwork. The roof was constructed and pitched to match in with the existing. Front and rear dormers were built and roof tiling completed ensuring everything was water tight. New fascia, soffit and guttering added to match in. Finally new windows, doors and external rendering completed.
We were then instructed to lay the customers new large patio area with steps down to the garden at the rear of the property.
